Didn't mean DC. I clarified.

I'm talking about reports of deployment at state capitols, martial law and people freaking out over convoys.

People not used to seeing convoys might freak out. Especially if they're visibly armed. Not everyone lives in a military town.

I truly believe that the president wants this to be clean as possible.
