I agree. In all honesty it would be Roberts job to swear in whoever is certified to be President. It is on the rest of the people such as Congress, Sec of State, Governors, etc... to ensure the certified vote is accurate.

I then told my friends the electoral college votes would be certified...now when they ask me about the 20th I get the feeling Beijing Biden will be inaugurated, and we will see habbenings in the following weeks.
