absolutely in the constitution the original inauguration date was March 4, in 1933 FDR changed it to Jan 20 for some reason
This election should have CLEARLY shown everyone why the change happened.
If the election happens the first Tuesday in November and the swearing isn't until six months later it makes it VERY hard to get away with vote fraud. The true purpose of moving it to January was so that there would be little time to expose fraud if it happened.
This the rumour of Trump returning us to the actual Constitutional dates so crap like we saw happen this election will have little chance of success after.
Except, the Constitution explicitly says 1/20 now. And it takes 2/3 majority vote to change it. Good luck getting that out of the current Congressional make up.
The Constitution of the US Inc, yes. However, the original Constitution of the American Republic ended at the 14th Amendment.
Therefore, if Trump does restore the ORIGINAL Constitution, any Amendment pasted the fourteenth is not included
