how many pols or celebs don't actually tweet themselves at all or very often rather it's a staffer or a marketing company or a publicist etc.
Lindsey Graham was carrying a flip phone in those airport videos.
He probably doesn't want any of his illicit shit tracked. These goddamned things are tracked every which way possible. He knows better.

a large amount do. I knew a person who tweeted on behalf on some professional athletes through her PR firm. They all have burner accounts she said that they actually use to keep in touch with certain folks a bit more discreetly. I would be SHOCKED if pols did not do the same thing.
