I watched this video a few days ago. It's mostly accurate with little "outside the accepted research" speculation.
Very good speaker and breaks things down well enough for newbs. Seems like a legit decoder just so long as he doesn't jump the shark and claim to be speaking to Q on the telephone like Simon Parkes!
He is who introduced me to this as well. I happened to catch his video on Parler before it was taken down, and subsequently "hacked". Being new to all of this as well, but having a gut feeling that this was bigger than the US election, it is difficult to trust anything I have found online. He also dropped qalerts.app as a source, but it now seems to be down.
