I find it odd that the other day another Anon pieced Q drops with Pompeo that seemed to signal Iran, he gave his speech about Iran today and has been talking about them a lot. Then this.

I would be hesitant to draw any wild claims. I've been to plenty of less developed nations and it's very common in countries like this to have power outages, even major ones. I would imagine Iran, too, under the duress of it's strangled economy and international sanctions, has lots of problems with supply. I work with an Iranian and she has told me things like prices, utility supplies, availability of goods, etc., are always changing or in a state of flux.
Perhaps it is related to recent murmurings of Iran, but sometimes it doesn't hurt to apply Occam's Razor to certain speculations.

I used Comic Sans for years just to piss people off. The more they complained, the more determined I was to latch onto it. I had a boss, years ago, that went into the knowledge base I created just to change the font. I went back in, changed it to Comic Sans, and removed his admin rights. It was hilarious.
