There's NO WAY in Hell that the black hats would spend 3+ years waking people -- their enemy -- up, catch them up on all their dark secrets, and also explain the real rules of the game.
The black hats would have kept people asleep with the idiot box, mediots/FAKE news, complacent with fast food and vacuous entertainment.
They gladly would have pushed through HRC for 8 years and destroy this country once and for all while everyone went along with it like frogs in a boiling pot = the path of least resistance.
NOW, millions of people around the world are fully awake and ready to fight.
