It is a very good question. Most obvious answer is it’s over and there isn’t time for them to do anything in the courts, not that the courts would do anything anyways, but I do know other cases are still in the works.
I think it would be sad if they just gave up. We need to optics and we need to continue to take things to court even if they refuse to see the cases.
they did bring up a decent point though....what the hell happened to trump's legal team? it does seem like it disbanded entirely

They served their purpose -- to show the world how corrupt our legal system was that they couldn't even get any of their legitimate cases to trial.
Being kicked out of court for "filing too early" or "filing too late" was basically telling the world "you can't file, period."
