Looks like the update hit GA. Swipe to the right and that should open the menu. Below the list of (not yet active) communities, you should see the links to your profile page. Below that is a list of other .Win boards. Hope this helps.

The layout seems different on my phone. Did a small update go through and screw the pooch on deport?
It works but you need to scroll down to fill it out because it is getting stuck behind the frame. Dumb.I sit corrected. It is indeed broke. I saw it but didn't attempt to fill it out.
I can see it pop up and I need to scroll down to expose it but just can't interact with it. I wonder if too many deport requests broke it.
