What is the theory around the potential power outages?
Military often cuts the power when moving in to arrest VIPs. Other possibility is that the DS will try some desperate maneuver to cause chaos by taking down the grid.
Why the reminder for 2-4 weeks of supplies than? Should we be expecting the power to be gone for that long? Will any of us be going to work even?
Not unless you want to leave your house defenseless for when thieves take advantage of the situation
