I have been thinking this ever since they banned both POTUS accounts. The drop never stated the words would come from Trump and I do sus Pompeo given how he has been dropping cues for DAYS.
Another consideration I had was that if Trump cannot tweet the message out...it might come from MElANIA's account?
He should have worded it better... his point is who is going to tweet it now that trump is banned (of course Q knew trump would get banned so this is a non-issue, but it's still important to research in advance)
