Some kind of perimeter alarm to make sure we don't black out the camera and arrest more people?

Most likely, they can’t hide though. I’m sure the people that would be coming for them would have no trouble getting around this. Maybe whoever was there when it went black is still in control of the area. Maybe this equipment belongs to them. It’s quite interesting regardless.
