Final solution and extermination of jews was never a policy of Hitler and was created at Nuremberg Trials when many officers had their testicles crushed and families threatened in order to "confess" to the false crimes
US Simpson Inquiry commission reported 137 of 139 investigated german POWs before Nuremberg Trials had their testicles crushed beyond repair. Many had teeth knocked out or broken jaws.

I'm sorry, I really can't think of one comprehensive documentary or book, but two that stood out to me years ago were: The Greatest Story Never Told, and Hellstorm.
There was a very good video done by a young Jewish man who went round Aushwitz, shame YT took it down. He found all kinds of interesting things that disproved that the gas chambers existed. When you put emotions aside and look at actual facts, they do not stack up.
I went to Europe years ago, and the extreme curiosity I have around this subject compelled me to visit Auschwitz & Birkenau. This was after I had already read extensively about why it was questionable. While being respectful, it was surreal to be surrounded by people in a state of mourning while I viewed the sites as internment camps and nothing more.
Needless to say, I visited the "gas chamber" which had a wooden door that was not air tight, makeshift hatches at the ceiling where they supposedly dropped pellets of Zyklon B through, despite also not being airtight, and access to these hatches did not look easy or efficient at all. I also saw two very small crematoria, which looked useful to dispose of small amounts of bodies, not large scale genocide. To top it all off, next to the building was built a giant brick chimney, which was not attached to anything whatsoever, as there was no basement, and it didn't even touch the walls of the supposed gas chamber building. Its sole purpose was to look like a giant chimney for the ovens, but it only served to make the place more questionable.
That chimney was built by the Soviets after the war. Many other features were added as well. There was a study to see if execution by gas was feasible in the US many years ago. The finding was definitely not - impossible to contain the fumes without huge effort and expense.

Also, the main crem had a latch fastening that could be opened from the inside (similar ones in different camps had the inside part sawn off). The remaining chimney was far too short to get rid of fumes without exterminating everyone in the vicinity! Also, the crem was right next to the German officer's accommodation block and infirmary. There seem to have been a kitchen, a telephone connection and bathrooms, so it was most likely a bomb shelter.
Then there was the swimming pool in the prisoner's camp and a jail section in one building. It had a bed, wash basin and a radiator; why would you need a prison inside a prison? As for the numbers, interesting to note this was scaled down considerably, from 6 mil to 1.3, if I remember rightly. Even then, its unlikely that number could be processed. The ovens, which badly located and far too small, could not have burnt bodies; more likely they were used to burn lice infected hair and clothes. And there was no traces of the gas having permeated the brickwork: in places where the chemical was used for delousing it left blue stains which permeated the walls.
If it was all true, why are people prohibited by law from questioning it?
