State of emergency with FEMA so no it is not Potus although he is the one that set it this way so they cant say look Trump is arresting us. Dont tell someone something is fake until you know it is that is disinformation,.

So prove it... that POTUS isn't the commander in chief, and has given all military power and control over to FEMA. Yes, I know the theory, so please don't go down that road explaining it all. Demonstrate through evidence that my comment is disinformation.
