No you shouldn't, not because they don't deserve that kind of vitriol. But because you don't need to give them any more power, hating them gives them power over you. Best option treat them with indifference, waste as little time and energy on them and put it towards healing their victims. We win and rob them at the same time

Either kill them or ignore them; anything else just glorifies them.

You are making a nuanced point. But victims seeing their abuser getting justice is also part of the healing process.
