I was going to say, "even if he somehow become President, I don't think high crimes and misdemeanors applies to acts prior to the presidency." But I just looked it up and there is no such limitation. Any conviction by the Senate of a high crime or misdemeanor is sufficient to impeach that old coot.

But, yikes, Kamala is on deck.
