We are working with couple options. Biden follows through and just before Biden places his hand on the Bible someone will walk up, throw the cuffs on and place him under arrest. After all, POTUS must let the criminals commit the crime before he can prosecute them for the crime. If Biden shows up for the inauguration ceremony, that is intent to finalize the coup, he is done. However, POTUS can also prosecute if he has a confession.
So, I think the more plausible theory is Biden has already recorded his confession and concession speech. This will be played at the inauguration ceremony. The confession will not be revealed until the 20th because POTUS wants all the corrupt politicians to show up on that day, once they walk in, the gates will be closed and the military tribunals can begin. The tribunals will be televised. The 25,000 troops will guard the newly created prison until the tribunals are complete.

I have always thought that the POTUS team never tried very hard to get the election fraud evidence out to the people. Maybe they didn't want it to be revealed just yet. Let the criminals believe they had won. Let the criminals show up to claim their prize. Let the criminals go to prison.
