There is no reason to let him swear in (the crime of treason is already complete) and, if he did, there would be confusion among the military.

Not to mention, if they let him swear in, then arrest him, it would be seen as the US in full military coup and it would quickly be shunned by nation's around the world and we would lose are status as the leading nation for the world.

Finally, unless the had evidence Heels Up Harris was involved in the scheme, she would become President - and that's an even scarier thought.
