Sec Pompeo made a tweet with an image with obvious code in it. Translated into morse code it is

The problem is that we dont know where the spaces are. Someone who can read morse code would have the best chance of decoding it.

The last Letter is obviously a Q, it is a message from Q. There also appears to be the word MARINE near the start as shown below. Also Possibly The words TASK appearing twice.
