"Due to security issues", never heard that used to describe safety and security threats. Even the way the name of the journalist is presented is suspect, with no caps, Chinese transliteration of "Robert Petrosian".

Note also that Rabert is a rare Scots form of the name Robert, and Petrosian is an Armenian surname. These are two very disparate cultures.

It just looks like a Chinese ghost writer for a non-existent person, with a poor grasp of how English actually works.
