My thoughts are that it has to be today because they will need to start briefing the (supposed) “incoming people” soon - they got one hearing delayed on Friday, but “why are they” is different.
I know that Biden is also receiving daily briefings of some kind, so what is he thinking is going on?

It’s peak viewing time so it brings in LA as they wake up , but Europe as they prepare to sit down in the evening at 7pm to 9pm.
And it allows Australia and Japan to wake up to the story.
