Could have been a random dude with an RV bomb like Nashville on Christmas. Did the propane tank play a 45-minute warning to evacuate the area before it exploded?

We were definitely not told the truth about what happened. Everyone I've spoken with about it thinks it was white hats.
I’ve heard a lot of different theories, but it definitely had something to do with the AT&T/NSA data collection center.
In the theory that you’ve heard about it being white hats, what was the purpose of it?
I have no idea what the actual target was in that attack. The explosion killed some very specific things in the central US. The 911 service was down for almost a week in our area. AT&T had to bring in mobile cell towers specifically for first responders. It also took out the network for our bank.
