True or false: Corporate America to Republic America.

I have seen a lot of claims that America has been a corporation for the past 200 years and he is now returning it to a Republic, this making a Biden inauguration illegitimate.

For such a bold claim, I have seen zero proof. Can any verify if this is true or false?

Act of 1871. search it up. You can also realize it by yourself by looking at all your legal documents. They will all be sourced from the Birth Certificate. This is the legal corporate fiction. No contract can be done without it anymore.
