I believe he played his role. Watch the video right after the “riot” in the capital. When they went back to counting votes. He looked freaked the fuck out. Seriously shaken like, wow, we got their laptops. That actually worked.
Sundance said after DJT was forced in 2016 by Priebus to take Pence as VP if he wanted continued GOP support. Now, whether or not it's true, I can't be certain. I do know though that when POTUS gave his acceptance speech after he won the presidency that he thanked everybody and his brother but he did not thank Mike Pence. Remember, Pence and Paul Ryan tried to get DJT off the ticket.
That is my view, as well.. I don't have exact arguments for this, but I my gut feeling tells me he played his role well.. We shall see very soon..
He was the calm to trumps storm lol
Their demeanors really did compliment each other

Me, too! I will admit 100% that I want him to be a white hat.
He’s gonna step aside as VP for Trumps second term
Yes he did!! Good find!
That's not a maybe gesture to me. If I made that gesture it would mean, "meh, what are gonna do?"
Yeah, that does not contradict anything, it rather reinforces the notion that Team Trump has got this and Pence has played his part dutifully.
I see it as a “we shall see” gesture. Certainty of a happening to come, but unsure of the outcome.
i think so too it wasnt good or bad, but right afterwards his demeanor seemed to say it was a good thought he just had. maybe he has a hope too
but then also notice he clearly shakes his head NO when he says "these last 4 years" ... like its not over ....
It's all part of the act.
Pence is a White Hat. Trump did not choose him by accident.
Judas
HIS time in office draws a close...
Mike Flynn VP. Simple

For sure I don't think he meant to do that!
