Why would a military executive style plane(twin engine Beechcraft) fly like this?

C-12 can be configured for SIGINT & COMINT surveillance.
True dat. Looks like surveillance patterns
Radar jam?
Jam patterns are the zig zag ones with impossible sharp angles
Looks like an IFR training mission. They take students up and fly specific patterns of climbs/descents/turns all while "under the hood". The race track pattern is a holding pattern, looks like they spent a lot of time in it, wouldn't know why. Then they usually will depart the hold and shoot an instrument approach or two. That's what it looks like to me. Could also be a check ride of some sort.
Didn't Monkeywerks (sp?) talk about the different type of aircraft and capabilities in a video? He mentioned one that can scan for all cell phones and do Infrared scans for people in structures through walls, and even look for subterranean structures? What state or federal representative/senator would live there? You, know, to keep them safe and what not. ;-)
Surveillance, Radio repeater, waiting to re-fuel, holding pattern waiting for orders, who knows.
Can this type refuel in air? I remember monkey werx talking about how they hang and wait for turn at refueling. Check local news sources to see if anything on the ground is developing
That one is spec’d as a recon.
I don't think weeeeeeee would be a valid flight plan for anyone that would want to avoid being brought up on charges....
Sorry about that, getting too accustomed to doomers and ostriches...

Looks like a holding pattern to me.
Could be a rookie practicing touch and goes
Search the type of aircraft on the web: "Some aircraft are modified with surveillance systems for various missions, including the Cefly Lancer, Beechcraft RC-12 Guardrail and Project Liberty programs."
