Also, the Pentagon, many of them, are deep stateer who are against the president because he ended their gravy train of endless wars.

At the height of the Iraq, and Afgan war, there were hundreds of thousands of U.S. military contractors making big bucks. I hope those people put patriotism ahead of purse, but I am sure some of them do not.
