IIRC the consensus back when this post came up in a post China-virus world was that the white hats went in and removed something. There were numerous black hawks in the middle of some major city. No it wasn't Jade Helm. Sorry I can't be more specific, google is literally dry of any truth right now.

The Corona program was a series of American strategic reconnaissance satellites produced and operated by the Central Intelligence Agency Directorate of Science & Technology with substantial assistance from the U.S. Air Force.
