Some swag curtains, a couple of frames near them, and the wall is curved and elaborately moulded. Moreover, there is a fountain outside, and the Washington Monument is visible from the window.
Possibly taken from the Oval Office?

Same railing, i believe you can see part of the fountain through michelle obamas arm aswell it just doesnt have the hedges around it

Seems like the original pic was taken from one of the downstairs windows of the whitehouse
Now if can we figure out when this picture was taken, if im not mistaken in the last week or so a 3 level platform has been built on the elipse that would be in view from the op picture so i believe its an older picture
