I love music videos and like to put them on when I’m cleaning my house. Every time Gaga’s 911 song comes on I have to change the channel. Now that I know their symbols, it freaks me out to see how hard they are pushing their evilness on the public.
My wife has given up trying to get me to relax and hang out to watch a movie this past week. I can barely hold a conversation and my work production (software) has gone to shit. Even tried to watch the NFL games to take my mind off things but couldn't make it through the first few commercials due to the blatant SJW programming. So here I am on this site hitting refresh. Glad to know I'm not alone.
I know how you feel, I think a lot of us have "information addiction" I get a bit antsy after about 30 minutes. but last night I watched a video of a young guy from Sweden build a log cabin for an hour and a half, it was wonderful. Yeah I definitely know. I think it's mainly because I want everyone to be on the same page. Can't stand knowing how good of a guy Trump is and seeing so many friends and family just so set on thinking he is satan incarnated. I think they could be so far gone that no matter what Trump shows them they may still defend the devil over Trump. Unbelievable these people.
This is a unique time in American history. Cut yourself some slack for being obsessed with it. How could you not be if you are a sane person who cares about the country? But all the advice about taking breaks etc is good. Try reading some classical literature. Try getting involved with a church.
Really I should say anything written before 1900. Try Homer's Iliad and Odyssey. If it's too hard for you to read, try Mark Twain or Charles Dickens. Of course the Bible if you're a Christian, or even if not. Shakespeare is the absolute best literature, but difficult. The main thing, take yourself out of this time.
Also try War and Peace a saga about life in Russia and it's response to Napoleon. Herodotus, The father of history, or Thucydides, the first critical historian. Collected letters of Abraham Lincoln. in all depends on your interests. I could go on all day but I hope you get the idea.
I'm not sure if The Plan includes the reconstruction after the big arrests, but we should probably already be thinking about and planning for the future. People keep talking about "getting back to normal," but we are never going back. We will go forward to a new normal, but things are changing permanently this week. We're going to have a window of opportunity to make adjustments and improvements. Maybe it will help to calm you down some if you think about what you could do to make the future better while these things that are already started work themselves out.
