Well for one, everyone around including Trump himself announced a transition of power to Biden administration. Melania has recently posted a farewell address. Noone other than Lin Wood is talking about Trump remaining in office.

Trump has never mentioned a transition of power to Biden. Melania also doesn't have clearance for classified information.
