Its so much simpler than that. The deep state knows the plan by now. The moment Trump became POTUS it was already too late to stop the plan. That gave them access to the resources they needed to gather information. Why do you think Pelosi is in such a panic. They know exactly what's coming, and they can't figure out how to stop it.

Save up everything until the very last minute so as not to tip off how much info they really had and who it was about.
