Smuggling them in would be easy as all hell, they are tiny and light, a long range drone could fly a few 100 in under radar launched from an offshore ship or sub, they could be mailed in bulk inside fucking teddybears ffs

They manage to get tonnes of drugs into any country on a weekly basis and this is by comparison ad-hoc operations compared to what the Chinese could organize with their resources...
