If it was the same video, I just watched it from someone else’s post. He doesn’t say anything about the Capitol.

He talks about some wild stuff. Space Force having anti gravity, 5G weaponized, nanobots in the vaccines. Very far-out futuristic stuff... I don’t know if it was actually him or not.
