During the election cycle creepy china Joe was notorious for all the gaffs always confused and out of it....What happened? as of late he almost speaks coherently....Is this really him?? Do they have him so pumped full of drugs to keep his act together. Is every time he speaks a CGI simulation? ..I just wonder if anyone has noticed this??

I've wondered that, too. He is lucid and coherent sometimes, but doesn't act like he knows what's going on the rest of the time. He must be getting pumped full of something. His millennial diversity hire handlers should be ashamed. Though, he does deserve it.
His speech and cognitive "gaffs" are consistent with onset of Parkinson's disease. In early to mid onset, meds can noticibly lessen many of these symptoms for some people.
