Some tailors actually fit suits like that for small guys that want to look bigger. I don't understand it but it's actually been recommended to me a couple times, even though I'm fairly fat.

OK, I've held on to this question for a while thinking the answer would be more clear as I kept reading but would someone please explain the significance of Pompeo's tweet timing? ie every hour, every 30 min, every 15.. if its code for something, who's it meant for?
