Clinton Foundation, McCain Institute) funnels dark money into corrupt states to then set up these IaaS voting machines. The data (election and voter data) is then secretly funnelled into international servers through the cloud where it is analyzed, altered, and then transferred back. Think about how I can make a google doc, upload it to the cloud and give you permission to access it, you can then log into the same google doc from anywhere in the world and make alterations.
Long story short, to answer your question: ALL United States IaaS providers must now comply with section 1 of this newly issued EO, and get fucked by the swinging dick of national security.
Once POTUS leaves the WH, DC will be a foreign enemy occupation inside the sovereign LEGAL United States. CASTLE WILL BE LOCKED. Hence the fence keeping people out of the US, not out of DC, and all the mil (incl 10th Mtn)
Oh that EO goes far beyond any voting machine. US based Infrastructure as a Service, (IaaS) can be interpreted as including. Amazons cloud offering AWS, Google cloud offering GCP, Microsoft cloud offering Azure... any other US based cloud services. You could also get away from the more strict definition and include services from the way this is written. With that can include Youtube, Twitter, Facebook... and so much more.
This EO is looking for any malicious activity being done on any US based networked Infrastructure....Just let the possibility of that sink in for a second.
