It's not part of the patriot missile system. They have multi-launch tubes that look a lot like the ones they show in the pictures of China's Shipping container missiles. I have no idea what this is, but I suspect it's a missile launcher of some sort.

Uh, I highly doubt that, considering it's a Minuteman II ICBM TEL, unless the plan to is to nuke DC. I'm pretty sure all of the Mobile ICBM TEL's were decommissioned in the 90's, so this is probably some static piece in a park.

Don't think it's a missile launcher; doesn't have the right kind of opening, paint, or shape really. If anything I'd say it's some kind of catapult (for aircraft) but that doesn't make much sense either. Maybe a portable electronic warfare device? transmitter? radar?
