Probably a shift change. Those troops are not positioned for any kind of 'action' - they're just strolling down the street. And more puzzling - they're carrying RIOT SHIELDS as if there's going to be ANY Trump supporters showing up to 'riot.' I fear that our troops have been fed total misinformation.

I saw a video on 1/19 where a military leader was telling his troops to be on the look-out for PROUD BOYS as if they're the BAD GUYS! That's pretty damn terrifying!
