Everyone here is just acting like its another normal day and have been since election day. Like sheep who just accept whatever outcome the media tells them. I work in oil and gas in Texas so its not like I am in a blue state or industry. I just cannot fathom how asleep some people are. I am here physically but my mind definitely is not. All I want to do is be at home with my monitors open and searching frantically for news and knowing if it hits the fan that I have everything I need right there. Maybe I should go home just in case. Last thing I want to do is try to drive 45 min if "chaos" does break out today.

Yeah... I can empathize with that. Same here but today specifically is excruciating. Like the Country is on life support and instead of being by its side in the hospital I am at work lol
You can’t do anything from home. In fact, you can’t do anything, period. None of us can. We have to sit back and watch the future of our country unfold.
What you CAN do from home, is be sure you and yours are doing great.
A man can make a difference to himself. Which makes a difference to his wife, family, friends, community, state, nation, and world.
The lowest rung matters. Remember the old German proverb, as summarized by Benjamin Franklin:
"For want of a nail the shoe was lost, for want of a shoe the horse was lost; and for want of a horse the rider was lost; being overtaken and slain by the enemy, all for want of care about a horse-shoe nail."
Wish I could upvote twice, that’s what I’ve been trying to do- be a better spouse, parent, etc.
You’re right...work may be a welcome distraction for a little while today. If I can offer my focus to you and any Patriot, trust God. This is all in his timing, we will not necessarily understand, but he will lead us through. We might not see SHTF today but we will in God’s time.
In a few hours, your work will become a hospital and you have your work cut out. Buckle up buddy!
Bucked up and ready lol...
