Right after the Civil War the united States of America was broke. In order to borrow money they created a government for the District of Columbia under the Constitution OF the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. This is a separate from the Constitution FOR the united States of America. The corporation has the power to borrow based upon that new government's ability to tax the American people. The gold fringed flags represent a specific set of laws under that corporation. I admit I don't understand it all. But it deals with the Act of 1871. I recommend you look it up.
I have included a link about the flag.

I admit I am looking for good signs in even the smallest things right now :) I guess I am hoping that somehow Trump has stepped down from being president of USA Corp only and that one day we will only have one flag.
I believe in God and I believe that this is not over.
Me too....I refuse to believe trump spent 4 years exposing the swamp, only to quit after all this.....something is happening, I guess we will find out soon
There is no record of an Act of Congress or Executive Order which either prescribes or prohibits the addition of fringe, nor is there any indication that any symbolism was ever associated with it. The use of fringe is optional with the person or organization displaying the flag.
Hmm, good question. I admit I am still learning all the surrounding information around Q and I could not find any specific official information on a corporate American flag. I did look up the Military flag code and an American flag does not have any gold fringe on it and the addition of anything to an American flag would be considered a mutilation of the flag.
Would the Government mutilate the flag against the flag code or just fly a different flag? One that does not have it's meaning listed easily on the web to find.
I dont understand the 17 Gold Fringed Flags....can you explain it to me?

Oh and I forgot to say that 17 is the numerical number for Q. Anytime we see 17 around the president we believe it to be a shout out to us.
From a mental health perspective...no, no a good sign at all.
nah i think its not gonna happen
You keep telling yourself that
Interdasting.... How do you reconcile your stance with my info here:
There is nothing to this, IMHO.
