You can always find or advertise for a "look alike contest or audition for a part.... and start with that. From there make-up, prosthetics, contacts, or plastic surgery and dental enhancements or changes of whatever is necessary. One thing to look at ,that are dead giveaways, are variations in height. Look at shoe lifts. Or If a person suddenly is taller than they were.
My guess would be that to carry out a PLAN you can't lose key props/players even if you lose one (or 2) you're STILL able to carry out and protect the "PLAN" and perhaps the "original" player.
