Once again, they went against the Constitution. The Constitution says NOON, not 11:30. Can't have 2 presidents, even if for 30 mins.

That was Kim Clement, not Q. He was a Christian prophet who was a lot easier to understand than Q, and whose prophecies have all played out extremely accurate for this situation. So far.
