What if Trump already gave the country to military authority? They'd be in charge now, and Biden's inauguration was invalid.

Yeah, that's the gist of it. There was a lot of talk over the past few weeks of Trump invoking the insurrection act and/or military government for crisis (FEMA).
If so, that means FEMA / the military is in charge right now. Biden can go through the motions. But it wouldn't mean anything. Just like if you were married, and went through a wedding ceremony with someone else, it has no actual result because you're already married.
And if so, we can hope FEMA etc start arresting the traitors of this monstrous crime.
Do I know this will happen? No. It's literally the last hope we have that this problem gets solved without civil war. I can't think of any other solution. There are hints that this might happen, not the least of which is the tens of thousands of soldiers in DC and hundreds of them being deputized as federal marshals.
We should no soon. If I'm wrong... well, we're in the same place in a few days than we are now.
