It is if you want to project that you're expecting an attack of some sort.

Just because it's been quiet lately, since the 6th, doesn't mean it won't be soon.

I'm expexting some shenanigans of some sort between now and the 24th. Why else would Trump have signed dtjr Nat'l Emergency EO with an expiration date for then, and not tomorrow?
