For those of you who are here to talk shit, I cannot understand why you waste your lives here. Why waste 12 hours a day spouting hate? How does this help you? We, who are here to genuinely participate, choose to be here with other Americans we feel aligned with. We share core values like honesty and fairness. On this site, we keep hope on our side no matter what the circumstances. We revel together in our love of this great country. We are connected on many levels, not just political. That’s why we’re here, but why the fuck are you here? I can’t imagine a life so sad that this is the only thing you have to do all day. Seriously, get a fucking life! God bless.

Some of us just had the wind knocked out of our sails and we're devastated and sick to our stomachs. Who else can we vent too but each other? If we can't even express our frustration without being banished, this place isn't what I thought. No support for us even here. Nobody but the shills are happy about this.
Not referring to people expressing themselves in the way you just did here. That’s fine. I’m human too. I totally understand being frustrated and needing to vent. This post was written specifically for people who are here to harass, demoralize, and insult others.
I think the problem lies in the fact that we got flooded with outsiders gloatimg and trying to fit in to bring us down.
That makes the people who want to have hope but are upset feel more down because it creates more of a "consensus" that hope is lost.

Yup. People need to give space for many to grieve or run through the stages of grief. Many of us have put in 4 years of emotional investment into this. Its so incredibly naive to expect us to then just 'shrug our shoulders' and walk away.
If mourning or grieving isn't allowed here, and if voicing frustration isn't allowed here, then this isn't a movement, its a cult.
