Im pretty sure Trump signed an EO just before he left office stating that you can not be prosecuted for ignorance of the law, in some instances. Sorry for the super vague description but something along those lines. Somebody who is better with searching EO's should have a look.

I have seen plenty evidence of fraud, the election was run in an illegal fashion as well. Therefore I would still want it investigated if Trump was in the Whitehouse right now, and that is exactly what he would be doing.
