I meant the penis-shaped motorcade was photoshopped from the original motorcade, and now that I think about it the original penis motorcade was made a few years ago to mock Putin.

I also admire Putin as much as I admire Trump. Putin drained the Russian swamp and Made Russia Great Again. Now it's Trumps turn to Make America Great Again.
