When Trump brings back the OG Constitution before the Act of 1871 does this mean there will be no infringements on the 2nd Amendment?

I remember reading that in the OG constitution people (if they had enough money) were allowed to own fully armed battleships with canons and had the same armaments and guns as the military. So when Trump brings back the OG constitution with no 2nd Amendment infringements than does that mean we the people can buy the same armament like the military? Like full auto rifles and being allowed to own a fully loaded tank?

I'm just curious

My guess is some rules would be relaxed but I don't see us being allowed to own a tank. That would be cool though.

While true, cannons on those ships could shoot a couple hundred yards. Not launch laser guided missiles 100s of miles away.

I see us being able to get things like fully auto back. Concealed carry will be legal everywhere. No wait to buy a gun.

Tanks would be cool but unlikely.
