No it is him. I have been following him since he joined telegram and I followed a link he had posted somewhere else, I don't remember where but this telegram account is legit.
He may likely not (or indeed maybe he may, I dunno) be still "in the loop" right now... but the real Patrick Byrne he has indisputably met with the President over related high-level matters, and he credibly asserts that he and a "team" have heavily researched and documented (the screamingly obvious) election fraud claims... so, at a minimum, he's not just some total larper.
Of course, it looks like we still don't know if this is actually indeed his account. All I know about Telegram is that seemingly 94% of referenced accounts turn out to be fake ones... so the chance that this one is also fake is pretty reasonable. (and this matter seems to currently be being debated below, 56k subs vs. Sidney calling it fake, which just goes to confirm that Telegram is hella sus.)
I did not take this to mean that it was a video of today. It is AF1 obviously in a storm. We all can get an inference from what he is saying. Looks like his account. No one questioned it when he posted from it before. About the time his twitter went down

Patrick claims that he worked with the FBI to set up a bribe for Hillary Clinton. I don't think Pizzagate is outside the realm of things he would talk about if on a platform that wouldn't censor him. Plus he didn't talk about it he posted a couple of pictures. I don't feel this is a valid reason to suspect his account is fake.
