See the thing is IF JA were pardoned he would never be compelled to come back to the US ever.
As long as there are charges against him we can use those charges as leverage to get him to cooperate.

My own personal feelings are that, obviously JA is getting a raw deal from a corrupt system. He did nothing wrong. And I would say that he could probably go into witness protection but our FBI is so corrupt I'm not sure he'd ever be safe outside with the DS after him to silence him.

I had a feeling that maybe JA was a way for Q to drop classified/not public info to us before the Q movement was a thing, and that he might be used for the DECLAS when they bring him to the US for trial, his life is in danger if he is freed by way of a pardon, first he must release the rest of the files commit the "crime" then Trump can pardon him for all his crimes.
Is it possible to Pardon a non us citizen? I tried searching if this is possible for the U.S. president to do, I couldn’t find much of an answer from legitimate sources. But please don’t take my word for it, just adding my thoughts as to a possible explanation of why he wasn’t pardoned.

He more than likely has a pardon waiting for him, and is in custody (secret). Once the pardon is issued its public.
I think he is well protected. I wouldnt buy into him being in prison.
